Mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Annisul Huq on Monday said the city dwellers will see a different Dhaka within the next three years as they are working hard to modernize the city. Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq said women's holiday markets would be set up in every ward of the corporation in phases. DNCC is committed to rehabilitate the women entrepreneurs, he said yesterday while inaugurating a women's holiday market in city's Mohakhali area.

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) freed the footpaths around the Australian High Commission in Dhaka conducting an eviction drive yesterday. The second drive of DNCC was launched as the commission did not remove iron poles on the walkways, said DNCC Mayor Annisul Huq.
