DNCC motivating people for tree plantation: Annisul

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq on Monday said his associates have already started motivating people to keep the city clean. "It's not an easy job to make people habituated with cleanliness. DNCC employees have already started motivating people. We need more time to turn Dhaka into a green city," he reiterated.

Next budget size will be Tk 500,000cr : Muhith

Annisul Huq: An enlightened soul

For his honesty, candour and integrity, Annisul Huq was not only an icon in politics but also an idol among Bangladeshi youth. He is known for his multifarious interests in culture, business and literature. He passed away on 30 November, 2017, in a London hospital, leaving his family, friends and well-wishers in great sorrow. He was only 65.
